Hi I'm Kelli

I'm a Mormon. I am a wife, a mother of 5, and I am currently attending BYU-I.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother. I love reading books. One of my favorite books is As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. I am currently attending BYU-I and attending the Book of Mormon Institute class. My oldest son is serving a Spanish speaking mission in Alabama and we love the special spirit that we feel with every letter he writes home and the sweet spirit of love and service that surround us as we progress together, toward learning how to better following the Savior.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have personally come to know this to be the only true church on earth. This Church is Christ's church. He is the head of it and only in and through Him can we return to live with our Father in Heaven who loves us enough that he sent His Only Begotten Son, here to earth, to pay the price for our personal sins, that we might have a way back to Him through repentence and obedience. I know Heavenly Father loves me. I know Jesus Christ set the perfect example for us to follow, and he loves us. I have come to know that by following His light we can know true peace and learn truth, which is where true happiness is felt.

How I live my faith

I study the gospel of Jesus Christ everyday through family and personal scripture study. I pray daily to Heavenly Father. I know my Father in Heaven hears and answers my prayers through faith in Jesus Christ. I strive to attend the temple weekly to learn and serve. I know that by living a life of service and following the promptings of the Holy Spirit and continuously striving to live worthy of the standards the Savior has set for me and attend church weekly, each Sunday, my faith is increased and I know I am growing in His light which is love. I have come to know that we are all equal in His sight and that we all matter and can live a happy and full life.
