Hi I'm Eileen

I'm a wife, mother, and grandmother who loves to scrapbook my families memories and I love Disneyland. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a native of Arizona as is my family. They are the most important thing to me and I love that we live close to each other my mom, my siblings, my children and grandchilden. We have a great time when we get together which is as often as we can. I love to cook but hate to cleanup. I also love working with paper. Creating cards, scrapbooking and other cool things. Creating scrapbooks is leaving behind a family record of memories, pictures and thoughts in a beautiful setting that can be shared and passed on. Creating cards is a great way to brighten someones day with "just a note" or "Happy Birthday". I also love to teach others how to create with paper! It is so much fun! But the greatest joy of all is grandchildren! I love being a Mom but this is the greatest thing ever. I never knew how much fun a 2 year old could be until I having one as a grandchild. They are the light of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I gained my testimony when I was a teenage just graduating from High School but wasn't really converted until I was married and with a family. I have always had the gospel in my life but took it for granted. When something is always there you believe it will never be gone. Not that I ever lost it but I became aware that I could lose it if I didn't make some changes. My family is the most important thing to me on this earth. We are an eternal family. I took a good look at myself and my relationship with my husband and my children and my Savior. They all needed work. Through prayer, scripture study, time with my children and husband things changed, I changed. Though the time was emotionally and spiritually rough, strength and growth comes from trials and adversity. Families are eternal. We are children of God and he loves us. He wants us to be happy and to live with him again. We can do this through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know He lives and he love ME!

How I live my faith

My husband and I currently work with the Young Sngle Adults. It is so much fun! They keep us busy. They are stong but have some many challenge in their lives. I am grateful to be there in support of them and to learn from their testimonies. I Ia happy person and have been asked the question, "why are you so happy"? And I tell them. I love the gospel, my family and the Savior! I am trully blessed!
