Hi I'm Alex

I was born and raised in Texas. Now I go To ASU. I do service for people with special needs. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have four younger siblings, a mother, a father, and a step father who all love and care for me. Ever since I was little I have loved to paint and draw. In high school I was in Cross Country, Swim Team, Track and Field, and Water Polo. I am active in church and in my community. I am an Eagle Scout, and for my Eagle Scout Project I planned, and carried out a donation drive for a facility that helps people with special needs. Because I have a brother with autism, I am active in serving and volunteering for events such as the walk for autism, and similar events such as the walk for down syndrome. I now go to school to learn to become an electrical engineer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe that we came to Earth to follow a plan of happiness. I know that we were put into families here on Earth so that we could strengthen and support each other. I know that Jesus Christ is my personal savior and redeemer, and that because of him I can live with my family forever.

How I live my faith

I try to do my best to stay active in church and in my community. I go to church every week for sunday school, sacrament, institute, missionary preparation classes, and missionary discussions. I am a ward missionary, and I like to serve my community. I read my scriptures, and pray for direction and understanding from my Father in Heaven. I do what I can to share the gospel with people, treat them with kindness, and make them feel welcome and secure.
