Hi I'm Rebecca

I'm a social butterfly. I like math. I love old movies. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college with a major of Mathematics Education and am considering a minor in Ballroom Dance. I love to socialize with anyone and everyone, ballroom dance, bake, cook, and watch movies from the 30's, 40's, and 50's. I love playing pretty much any sport that isn't basketball, but my favorite sport to play is volleyball. I use humor in my every day life, whether through puns, one-liners, or extensive sarcasm.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because through living the principles that are taught in this faith, I have never been happier. When I follow the commandments that I have learned, I feel God's presence throughout every aspect of my day. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me very much and are pleased with my choice to be a part of this church. I don't believe I could ever be truly happy without it.

How I live my faith

I serve to organize activities for my young single adult congregation here at college. I have a lot of fun planning activities. It may not seem like a very important service opportunity to some, but I know that I have a considerable contribution to give to my congregation. Through my participation, I am able to help bring my congregation closer together as an community.
