Hi I'm Nikki

I love to travel. I'm about to be a mother for the first time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an adventurer. I have lived in and traveled to many places in the world. There is nothing better than learning about people & places foreign to me. I know that God created this beautiful earth we live on and that everything testifies of him and his existence. I love being in nature and I love animals. I want to travel to many more places in the world and even live abroad with my family someday. I just started one of the biggest adventures of my life as my husband and I just became parents for the first time. I gave birth naturally at a birth center to our son, Frederick. I love him so much!! My husband is my best friend, and I'm so happy to have been married to him in the Temple, for eternity. That is the biggest comfort of my life...that I will be with my husband for forever and that we are sealed to Frederick.

Why I am a Mormon

Prayer is real. I have have prayed for comfort and answers, and have received them. The spirit confirmed to me that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, along with the Bible, and that this is his restored gospel on the earth. The Gospel makes sense to me. I know Heavenly Father is my father and that he loves me. I know that he allows me to have trials and challenges so that I can work through them, become a better me, and return to him someday.

How I live my faith

When you are an active member of the church, it is a huge part of your life. There are callings, meetings, activities, visits, and many other service opportunities. These things bring me closer to my family, my neighbors, and make me a happy, loving person. I know that the bonds and relationships we form on this earth will last through eternity. I try to be as inclusive and friendly as I can to everyone I meet. It is also very important to me that I follow the words of the modern day prophet, who is currently Thomas S. Monson. I know God has called him to lead our church.
