Hi I'm Lexi

I'm a Child of God. I like sewing, dancing and swimming. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 14 years old. I moved to Colorado from Idaho when I was almost 3. I have two sisters and one brother. I enjoy dancing, playing the piano, and jumping on my trampoline in my free time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family who were Latter-Day Saints, but I definetaly have a testimony of this church. I know that this is the Lord's church. Each Sunday, I feel the Spirit and I know that the gospel that is taught is true. I have felt the power of the preisthood and I know that it's a real thing and is ultimately given to us from Christ. I know that Jesus Christ felt every emotional and physical pain anyone will ever have. And I am a Child of God.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday and I attend youth activities each Tuesday evening. My family also has Family Night, or Family Home Evening, where we have a lesson about Christ or His teachings, we play a game, and then we have a treat at the end. I also go to Girl's Camp where the young women go to Wyoming for 5 days and get closer to the Lord. And lastly, whenever I see it, I try to serve others and help those in need.

What is faith?

To have faith is to believe or have hope in something that you can't see but is true. Having faith isn't just believing in Christ, though. Faith includes living the principles and trying each day to be more like Jesus Christ. By doing the things that the Lord asks us to do, and by repenting, our faith will get stronger and stronger.
