Hi I'm Greg

I'm from Arizona. I love snowboarding. I'm short. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy the outdoors. I like almost all sports even though I'm not great at most sports, I really enjoy staying active. I'm getting ready to head off to college and really start life and I'm grateful for the scriptures that really give that extra guidance that we all look for and through the guiding hand of God in our lives. I think they are many times in our lives where we have to walk by faith and from my experience as I look back I could see how much God was guiding me the entire time.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church and have had a great family that taught me the teachings of Jesus Christ and the principles of the gospel that bring us real happiness. I would say that my testimony has come from my trials, it's easy to speak of the love of God when we have all our needs and wants taken care of and then there comes a time in our life where it's not easy and it's not comfortable and there is a special opportunity of so much growth in these moments if we have the faith to say that God loves me so much that He's allowing me to pass through this to be even better than I thought possible. It has helped me to pray and to earnestly seek answers to our life's questions and through those prayers I've also come to know for myself that this Christ's church restored to the earth. And that He has a plan for us.

How I live my faith

I recently came back from Texas where I was sharing our message with the people there. Now I try to continue sharing with those around me and striving to be an example. There are many people surrounding us that could use an extra hand or encouragement and I've realized that I've missed a lot of those opportunities but one day at a time I hope to get better at that. Like I said before something that has helped me live the gospel is to start the day reading the gospel, the scriptures. And after reading it, it helps us to live it more fully as we try to get those words in our heads and then in our hearts. I try to live my faith with my family too it's seems that people around us make less and less time for the family when it can be a great strength. It requires work for each one and can't be done alone but it's worth it.
