Hi I'm Tami

I live in the great Northwest, I'm a wife, a mother of 4 and I teach preschool out of my home. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to camp, read, bake, watch old movies, spend time with my children and husband, and go for long walks. I love traditions and spending the holidays with family. A few years back I decided to go back to school and finish my education. I had an associates degree, but felt like I needed to do more. With the support of my family I was able to go to school and graduate with a bachelors in education. It has been a wonderful blessing in our lives. I love life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love this gospel and all it stands for. I love that we have a living prophet on the earth today and that he receives revelation from our Heavenly Father to help and guide each of us in this church. I am a Mormon because I know that the Prophet Joseph Smith truly talked with God and Jesus Christ and restored the gospel to the earth. I have read the Book of Mormon and I know that it is true. I also believe the Bible to be true. I love the scriptures and the lessons they teach us. I am a Mormon because I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and I know that this is the church that I should belong to. I love being a Mormon...it brings me joy, peace and happiness. It helps me to know who I am, what my purpose is and helps me to know where I am going. I wouldn't have it any other way.

How I live my faith

I feel that I live my faith through service, by living an honest life and for striving to live the way I believe. I have the opportunity in my church to work with young women. It is a blessing in my life. It is hard sometimes in the real world but I work with youth who know who they are and it is wonderful to see them stand for truth and righteousness and that always helps me to be stronger and to live my faith. I feel that when I have the chance to work in our community, I have the chance to live my faith and to express to others what I believe.
