Hi I'm Julie

I am a mother of three and work as a dialysis tech. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play volleyball, scrapbook, cook and sew. I also love being a mom and the time spent with my kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been an active member all my life. As I see how the world looks at what is right and wrong, I am gratreful to have the knowledge that I am a child of a Heavenly Father who loves me and that He is always there to pick me up when I fall and to love and comfort me through time of trials and tribulation. I know that my Savior, Jesus Christ, loves me and that he atoned for me that I may repent and come unto Him. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and he was here to restore Christ's church back on the earth. I am grateful for this knowledge.

How I live my faith

Everyone that I meet knows within a short time that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints. I love sharing the truths about my religion with others. I love to do missionary work and to serve others.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is a knowledge of something that you know to be true. For example, I know that Jesus is the Christ and that He atoned for our sins so that we may repent and return to our Heavenly Father. That Joseph Smith is a true prophet and was called to restore Christ's church in the latter days and that this church is Christ's restored church today. I know these to be true because I have prayed that I may know if it is true or not and have received a witness that they are true through the Holy ghost. That is what a testimony is.
