Hi I'm Cody

I have a beautiful wife and a cute baby. I help people reach their financial goals. I love traveling the world. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a sod farm in Colorado and learned the value of hard work. I had the opportunity to live in Chile for two years teaching about our Savior, Jesus Christ. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do when I grew up so I spent five years in college and found my passion with helping people reach and achieve their financial goals. I met my wife four years ago and we now have a beautiful baby. I enjoy spending time with my family, shooting guns, trying to golf, and traveling to new and exciting places.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up going to the LDS church even though my dad was not a member. My mom would bring me and my two siblings to church every Sunday. She was very faithful and I am grateful for her. At first I would go because my mom wanted me to. When I was 16 I gained a testimony for myself of the veracity of the church. Now I see that the teachings help me grow closer to my Father in Heaven and provide me with answers to everyday problems. I feel the peace that comes from living the teachings of Jesus. I also find that having modern-day Prophet and Apostles helps guide me with our current problems. I am grateful for the priesthood to help those in need. Modern-day revelation helps us have direct communication with Heavenly Father. To live with my Heavenly Father after this life and to be with my family eternally is my ultimate goal and I find the direction I need as a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I try to be like Jesus. I try to be a good example to those around me. I read the scriptures and try to apply the teachings to my life. I help those in need. At church I have the privilege to teach the young adults in Sunday School. And I try to be a great husband and father.
