Hi I'm Steve

I am a father, husband, and son. I am a network administrator. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father to 4 kids. I have 2 of each. I have been married to my best friend for over 12 years and looking forward to lot's more. I server an LDS mission in El Salvador. I have a love for food, basketball, and video games. I work with computers but enjoy interactions with my co-workers. I come from a big family and always have enjoyed laughing and enjoying time with others. I work with scouts and enjoy seeing the experiences the scouts have to make them better leaders, men, and someday fathers.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I was fortunate to be born into a morman family. I have heard the gospel and the truths it teaches for all my life. There was even a time I took those truths for granted. I learned for myself through scripture study and prayer that Jesus Christ is my saviour and that he and my father in Heaven love me, know me, and are interested in me personally. I have also witnessed their love and caring in the lives of many friends and neighbors. I served a 2 year mission in El Salvador and witnessed that same love for the people of that region. I have family and friends that have served missions all over the world that testify of that love and concern that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father have for all. I am grqteful for prophets that teach gospel truths. I know those truths are found in the Book of Mormon, Bible, other scriptures, and teachings of Prophets in our day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in my home and family first. We have nightly scriptures, pray together, and attend church together. Every Monday night we have a family night called Family Home Evening. We will have a lesson about Jesus, we will sing songs and most important have fun together as a family. I also live my faith by regularly attending church meetings and by working with a church sponsored Scout troup.
