Hi I'm Lindsey

I am a daughter, a student, and a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am proud to be the oldest child of seven kids. Yes, seven. it's a big number. There is an 18 year age gap between me and my youngest sister! My mother passed away from cancer with I was just eleven years old, which had a huge impact on my life, especially as a young teenager. My father remarried when I was thirteen and I absolutely love my step-mom. She is wonderful! I recently returned home from my mission is Belgium and the Netherlands and I just started college again! I love music of all kinds; singing, playing the piano, and even dancing. I want to be a physical therapist when I grow up.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to parents who both grew up in the church, as did both their parents. The gospel is a huge part of my life. Even though I was born in the church, I still had to gain my own testimony. I have witnessed many miracles in my life that I just simply can't write off as chance. These experiences have solidified my testimony of Jesus Christ and His gospel. I can say from personal experience that Jesus Christ can heal you from heart break. You are never alone. He is the only person who knows exactly what you are going through. I have a firm testimony of prayer. Our Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers. I know that our prophet Thomas S. Monson recieves direct revelation from our Heavenly Father. I am so grateful for Christ's Atoning sacrifice. I'm so grateful for the fact that families can be together forever. This gospel is so wonderful. I don't know what my life would be like without it.

How I live my faith

I served a mission! Yay! And now I am currently enrolled in religion classes at my university. I attend church every week and I read my scriptures and pray as often as I can! I love the gospel and studying the life of Jesus Christ.
