Hi I'm Karl

I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, I'm a car guy and a family man.

About Me

I am the father of 5 remarkable kids, and I recently discovered the coolest invention ever: Grandkids! My lovely wife is the greatest blessing I have; my life is wonderful because of her. I am a fan of cool cars, motorcycles and fast machines of all kinds and I love to build things myself. In my free time I enjoy souping up the engine in my classic convertible. I have lived abroad on 4 occasions and love to travel the world. I speak fluent Spanish due to my missionary service in southern Spain and even got the chance to learn basic Portuguese while working in Brazil.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I think it is the greatest message on earth. Think about this: if you could find out what God's plans are for you, what He wants you to do with your life and how you can help others, wouldn't you love to know about that? The answers to those questions are what the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has to offer us. I love the fundamental truth that "I am a child of God" and because He loves us and wants to protect and bless His children, He never quit sending messages to us through inspired leaders and prophets. That's just remarkable!

How I live my faith

Through my life I have been blessed by associating with Church members from early experiences with the Boy Scouts and other youth groups to my awesome mission in Spain. By striving to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and helping others do the same my life is enriched and I draw closer to my Father in Heaven. I have the great privilege of teaching the youth in Sunday School and serving as a Home Teacher, which is to love and support local members of the Church. It's like missionary service for members! I enjoy serving as an Employment Specialist, helping others with the important responsibility of getting a job, or upgrading their employment.
