Hi I'm Krischelle

I grew up in Bountiful, Utah. I am a wife and a mother of three girls. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My favorite place to be is outside. Whether it is the beach, the mountains, the desert, the lake, the park, the canyon, or just my backyard; I love it all. I love to run, and have completed a few endurance races just for fun (I'm too slow to ever win.) I also love hiking and camping. I was once a second grade teacher and I miss classrooms full of kids. I love a good book, but hate when it is over. I love to travel. There is so much of the world I haven't seen. I am the wife of an amazing man, the mother of three beautiful girls, and I am happiest when I am spending time with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church all my life. I have chosen to continue to follow Christ's gospel for many reasons, but above all it is because I know that it is true. When I do my best to live the gospel of Jesus Christ I am happy and my life is noticably blessed and enriched. Of course I have experienced heartache, loss, and disappointment in my life, but because I have the knowledge of who I am and why I am here, I find peace an assuarance in the midst of these trials. Striving to live by the teachings of Christ, has strengthened my family and my marriage. My home is happy and full of love because of the Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. I study the scriptures and pray alone and with my family. I serve other church members by occasionally giving lessons to women of my faith in the area that I live and by participating in activities with other women in my church. This strengthens our faith and helps us improve in our various roles. Along with other women of my faith, we find those who may be in need of help and do what we can to help them, whether it be a meal or a listening ear. There are many things that I can do to live my faith more dilligently, but I feel like that is one of the great things about the gospel of Jesus Christ; we are always seeking to be a little better and to have the strength to overcome weaknesses we may have. As we slowly make the effort to improve, we find great satisfaction and joy.
