Hi I'm Hayden.

I grew up in a multicultural home. I'm a truth-seeker. I want to be happy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a typical high school student. I play high school football and basketball. Sports is my passion. Other sports that I play for fun are rugby and soccer. I have also played the cello for 7 years. Music is something that really connects with me. I have a great pride for my country and family, and because of that I find myself sometimes emerged in the world of politics.

Why I am a Mormon

The Mormon faith runs deep in my blood. However, my grandma converted to the Faith when she was 16 amidst several family problems in her home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her family was from a traditional Argentine background and was from rich Catholic heritage. Because of this, they were very opposed to her decision to become a member of the Church. She was forced out of the house and eventually immigrated with a foster family to the United States. Her story was something that helped me make the decision to become a follower of this Faith. After immersing myself in deep study of the Holy Bible and the Book of Mormon, I gained a testimony of the Church and my Savior, Jesus Christ. Everything that I believe is based on this basic, yet crucial testimony of these two books.

How I live my faith

At school, I have the opportunity to be released for one period of the day to attend seminary where I learn and study the scriptures. Praying in the morning and night and also throughout the day is what keeps me going as a follower of Jesus. I am the leader of my high-adventure scout group, which the Church affiliates. As I go through the rough road of life, I strive to live my faith in a way that would bring honor to my God.
