Hi I'm Casey.

I'm a husband and father. I'm a golfer. I'm an MBA student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a gorgeous woman, who happens to be my best friend in the world. We recently celebrated our 4-year anniversary. We have a 20-month old son together who is the most amazing, cute, funny, and smart boy a daddy could hope for. Being a father has changed my life forever. I learn more from my son on how I can be and do better on a daily basis. Also part of our family are 2 Tabby cats and a German Shepherd dog. My wife and I both graduated from BYU Idaho in 2008. I have since worked at the corporate headquarters for a Fortune 200 company in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. I recently decided to go back to school to get my Master's Degree. I am active and love being outdoors with my family and doing projects around our house and yard. I grew up in the Seattle area, but life has now brought us to Colorado where the sun shines 320 days a year!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon primarily because I was lucky enough to be born into a Mormon family. Both of my parents have been members of the Mormon church my entire life. My father converted to the Mormon faith when he was 19 and I have learned a great deal from his incredible example of faith. He was a pioneer for our family. From an early age I felt spiritual confirmations that the full gospel of Jesus Christ was found at the Mormon church where I attended. I prayed on many occasions seeking confirmation of the truth and each time I was visited with warm, spiritual assurances that I was on the right track and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the only true organized religion in the world. I continue to feel the truthfulness of the gospel daily as I strive to follow in my Savior's footsteps.

How I live my faith

I live my faith on a daily basis by studying scripture, praying to Heavenly Father for strength and guidance, and being honest in all I do. I work hard daily to be the best citizen, husband, and father I can be. I am kind to others. I am a scout leader for the local 11 year old boys and dedicate time each week to this calling. I served a 2-year mission preaching the gospel and serving the locals in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I was not paid for such service, but did it responding to a call from our living prophet and it was a rewarding experience for myself and those I served amongst. My wife and I also serve as many people we can within our community, which is a great blessing.
