Hi I'm Zachary.

I'm a big fan of life. I take advantage of my Idaho roots by being a redneck. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am nineteen years old. I have been studying business and pre-med. I put my schooling on hold to serve a two-year mission in Argentina. Sports such as golf, basketball, snowboarding, and wakeboarding fill my heart with happiness. I also find joy in activities such as camping, catching butterflies, conquering mountains, and eating challenges. Nine times out of ten, you will find me on hole #18's green, down by the lake, or at church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church. I didn't know that is was true for myself, however, until I grew into my teenage years. I saw people all around me being blessed by living the Gospel, and knew there must be something behind it. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to my Father in Heaven to know if this Church was true. The answer was unmistakable. Since then, I have continued praying for more knowledge of the truth. My testimony and faith continues to grow daily. I have seen the great blessings that come through the Gospel. I also am so grateful for the truth and understanding of this life that the Good News of the Gospel brings to me. The ability to live with my dear family forever is the greatest of these blessings for me. I want to go spread the happiness and knowledge that come from the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and that is why I have chosen to spend two years of my life serving my Lord and the people in Argentina.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in all aspects of my life. My faith shines through how I go about my school work. Likewise, it has helped me to find joy in serving others. Before my mission, I had been volunteering at a local emergency room, where I was able to assist people in need through many different ways. My two-year mission is yet another way I live my faith. I feel great love for the people in Argentina and love helping them in any way I can. This includes service projects, as well as helping them come closer to their Savior, Jesus Christ. Seeing the true joy that comes into their lives through the Gospel of Christ is incredible.
