Hi I'm Callie

I'm a mid west girl who's always down for a adventure, a college student, a missionary, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love life! I like to go on adventures and experience new things ALL the time. I'm pretty much down for just about anything. I like to be outdoors. I start to feel claustrophobic if I'm inside to long. I grew up in a broken family but I wouldn't have it any other way! Right now I'm serving my mission in the Maryland Baltimore Mission. It is the perfect fit for me and i love being a missionary so much! I love the unique culture of the people that live here. Before I decided to serve a mission, I was attending BYU-Idaho. I finished three years and plan on returning when I get home.

Why I am a Mormon

It makes me happy! I've receieved a witness from the Holy Spirit that The Church of Jesus Christ is Christ's church on the earth today. I continue to receive this witness as I read from the scriptures and pray. Praying is the key to coming to find this out for yourself. I know that we all have a Father in Heaven who knows and loves us each individually. He want's each one of his children to return to live with Him and that is why He sent His son Jesus Christ to atone for our sins. I know that my Redeemer lives and that He loves me. Knowing this gives me hope when all seems lost. No matter what I've been through my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ have been, and always will be there for me. I know I can be with my family for eternity and that the priesthood power that was restored to Joseph Smith is the only way this is possibly.

How I live my faith

Well like I mentioned above right now I'm serving a mission for the next 18 months of my life. Everyday we go out and teach people about jesus Christ. I love helping others strengthen their relationship with their Father in Heaven and their Savior.
