Hi I'm Ken

I live in Snoqualmie and have lived here for 22 years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Dad of four children and one eighth month old grandson. I am happily married for over 25 years now. I love hanging out with my family and being with them. I enjoy watching sports and playing them, especially basketball. I enjoy building construction. We purchased a 1,300 square foot home just after we were married and over time have done over 5 different remodels to it. Two years ago we finished the most major of the remodels and now the house is more than doubled in size. I love working with people and helping whenever possible.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life and have always been taught the teachings of Jesus Christ in my life. While I was in my teenage years I really came to know that there is a God who knows us and hears us when we pray to him. I love the direction the church gives me to live my life and also the support it gives me and my wife with raising our children. I am grateful for the relationship I have with my Heavenly Father and my elder brother Jesus Christ. I enjoy learning more about them through the writing in the scriptures. I know that I can have the opportunity to live with God after this life. I know that if I continue to do the best I can and make each day the best; I will be able to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again after this life. I look forward to seeing them again and all my loved ones and friends who have passed on before me.

How I live my faith

I try each day to live life to the fullest and be who I am. I try to be honest and up front with people and to try to be the best husband and father that I can be. I try to be a good example to the youth whom I associate with in church. Also to try to teach them leadership skills so they can be more prepared for life. I also try to provide service whenever there is an opportunity.
