Hi I'm Annie

I'm a wife. I'm a blessed mother of 3. I'm a cowgirl. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I LOVE life! I have 3 children that keep our household busy and many times loud :) I always dreamed of being a stay-at-home mom and after reciecving a bachelors in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State (go Devils!!!) and getting married in the temple my dream came true!!! In addition to my family I LOVE. . . I LOVE home design/architecture and find it crucial to find beauty/good in all things. I LOVE learning new things from cooking a new recipe to learning about gross animals from my son :) I LOVE getting together with my family! I always feel more motivated to be better after being w/ them. I LOVE to excersise and try new sports/activities. Grew up rodeoing and am now blessed to still have horses. I LOVE to serve the Lord!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have had a confirmation that this is the true church! I am amazed that Heavenly Father created a perfect plan that allows me the opportunity to return to Him, even being so imperfect!!! I was raised in the church by "goodly parents". I remember feeling very special during singing time in primary (Sunday school), I learned it was the Holy Ghost. Through my youth and young adulthood I had to choose whether to listen to that Holy Ghost, testifying to me that I WAS special, that I DID matter, and that I DID have a purpose or the world, which held me insignificant and unimportant. Through trials and tests I'm beyond grateful that I choose the truth, the Holy Ghost!!! The gospel allowed me the opportunity to develp skills and habits that make it easier to recognize the Holy Ghost and thus finding the truth my "goodly parents" exemplified, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints IS Christ's church!!!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to read the scriptures (the Bible and the Book of Mormon) daily, by praying each day, and by serving my family, my fellow saints and my community. I am able to have great contact with those in my area by being the secretary of the women's organization, The Relief Society. I get to set up appointments for our president and her counsilors. I get to send out a weekly email telling about events that are coming up church wide and locally. These emails frequently include opportunities to help other members of the church, neighborhood and local community. I live my faith by speaking daily with my children about principals of the gospel. Hopefully instilling in them the traits, the habits, and the characterists that will allow them the opportunity to recognize the Holy Ghost and choose the right. I live my faith by striving to keep the covenants I have made with my Heavenly Father and his Son at baptism and in the temple. These are my greatest blessings!
