Hi I'm Mike Elison

I graduated from the University of Washington and work at an aerospace firm. I like boating. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. I am an assistant scout master and enjoy working with the young men. My family enjoys boating but may need to find another hobby as the family is growing up and moving on. I have a construction background and am continually working on some project around the house.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are Mormon and I was raised as a member of the church. I have remained an active member because I believe firmly in the doctrines of Jesus Christ taught by the church. The more I learn, the more it all fits into the beautiful mosaic heavenly father has created for our salvation.

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon is a way of life. I attend church on Sunday, work with the youth during the week, visit some of the families in our congregation each month, and enjoy other events such as campouts, dinners with others, and more. I participate in service projects that our congregation is involved with in teh community. I also strive to live as Christ would have have me live.
