Hi I'm Anita

I live in the Midwest. I am a mother of three kids and do massage therapy in my home. I love music and books. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom with three young children. They are my pride and joy but I am able to pursue other interests away from them. I also love massage therapy and do part time client work out of my home. I sing music all day long (even when my kids tell me to stop). I love all genre of books and read something everyday even if some days it is only the news on the internet. I love rock climbing, biking, kyudo (Japanese archery) and playing in the snow with my kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I have read the Book of Mormon and have felt the truth in my heart about the teachings in this book. The stories that it tells me are about how much God loves his children and wants them to be happy in this life and the next to come. Whenever I pray to my Heavenly Father, I am overwhelmed by the warmth and knowledge that He knows me personally and loves me and asks me to be faithful to Him so that He can bless my life. I have had hardships in my life that could have left me homeless and wandering on the streets but He has always blessed me with the things which I need even when it seemed impossible and has always given me comfort that He watches over me. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are real and love us. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I know that God and Christ will bless us if we follow Their teachings and strive to be our best and to love others as They love us.

How I live my faith

I sometimes teach lessons at church about the ways God wants us to live and every Sunday I conduct the music for the women's meeting as well as help them learn new songs and the meaning behind the music. At home I make sure that I read scriptures and pray everyday with my family.
