Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Utah, served a mission in Korea, and live happily married with my wife and 4 kids in AZ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah with 4 sisters and wonderful parents who taught me so many great things. I served a mission in Korea. I met my beautiful wife in college and we got married after dating for just over a year. I graduated in Neuroscience and went on to get my DMD degree. After finishing dental school, I got a Masters degree and certificate in Endodontics. I currently practice endodontics in Arizona where I live with my wife and 4 amazing children. We have a great life and I honestly feel like everything good in my life has come as a result of my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am so grateful for all that I have.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because as far as I'm concerned, there is no better way to find joy and happiness in life than through being a member of the church. I was raised as a Mormon so I owe a lot of what I believe to my parents and the way that they taught me. But as with anyone, the time came for me when I needed to know for myself if what I was doing and if what I believed was right. I have read a lot, I have studied a lot and through my own personal experiences I have come to know that what I believe is true and right. I know that God lives. I know that he loves me and understands me and my situation. He is there for me and will answer my prayers. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that he died for me. I know that there is power in the word of God and that through studying the scriptures, we can grow closer to our Heavenly Father and to Jesus Christ. How grateful I am for the sure knowledge that I have!!!

How I live my faith

I am very involved in our church and have been since I was young. I have served in several leadership capacities and find peace and joy in serving others. I currently serve in the Bishopric as the Second Counselor and spend a lot of time with the youth ages 12-18 in our area. I actively home teach a few older couples in the church and one single elderly sister and enjoy spending time visiting with them and learning from their life experiences.
