Hi I'm Mckay

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Arizona for six years, and have loved every minute of it! I'm a student and plan on serving a full time mission when I graduate from high school. I love to play basketball, tennis, and golf. Spending time with my family and friends is my favorite thing to do. Everyone in my family is such a great example to me, and I love every second I can spend with them. My friends help build me up and are so much fun to be around. I am an avid BYU fan, and hope to attend college there after my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate to be born into a family that are faithful members of the LDS church. I'm a Mormon because I believe this to be God's true church. Many people think that kids go to church because their parents force them to, but this is not the case. I consider being able to go to church every Sunday and participating in other church related events a privilege. I am able to feel the spirit, and renew my covenants with Heavenly Father by taking the sacrament. I know that Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the world, and that through him we can return to live with God in his kingdom again. I know that Joseph Smith restored the Gospel, and he was a living prophet of God. I know that we have a living prophet of God today, President Thomas S. Monson. I know that The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is the true Church of God, and that He loves each one of us and knows us by name.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following God's commandments and trying the best I can to live as Christ did. I am able to go to church every Sunday and have the opportunity to go to the temple, the house of God on this Earth, to participate in sacred ordinances. I can be an example to others, and help people find this true church of God.
