Hi I'm Tyler Landvatter

I grew up in Mesa, AZ I love to spend time with my Family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dad of 4 beautiful children! I love to go on vacations with my family and spend time with them. I work full time as a general contractor and am grateful to have a job. Our most favorite vacation is going to San Diego, California once a year and spending a week relaxing on the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a member of the LDS faith, but wasn't truly converted until I was about 17. At that time in my life things were pretty good. I knew that there was a God but I just wasn't sure what was really true. I remember one evening before I went to sleep feeling a strong desire to know if the Faith that I belonged to was indeed true. As I prayed hard with much faith I had the most amazing feeling come over my body that started at my head and went down to my toes as I knelled. A huge smile came to my face because I knew that I was receiving an answer to my prayers. From that point on I was truly converted! I wasn't perfect but I had a different outlook on Life. From that point things my testimony continued to grow as I chose to serve a mission for two years in Venezuela! This was the most amazing experience ever as I was able to serve and help other to know the plan of our heavenly father and come to know him as I did. This is the reason that I am a Mormon. I know for a surety that God lives and answers out prayers. I know that serving one another and strengthening our families and communities our the most important things that we can do during our mortal lives. I know that God is perfect and wants us to be happy. If we follow his plan I know that we can return and live with him as eternal families.

How I live my faith

I currently help my faith by serving in the Cub Scout program. I am the Cub Committee Chair and I am in charge of the Cub Scout program in our area. I also home teach two families that bless my life just as my as I try to bless theirs. I strive to look for opportunities to serve others and be involved in attending church every Sunday. My testimony continues to grow as I serve others and learn more about my Savior.
