Hi I'm Patricia

I am an Arizona native, a school teacher/librarian, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, and a wife of 21 years. I love being outdoors, traveling, scuba diving, lying on the beach; and also reading and quilting when I have the time. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's degree in Information and Library Science. I am a teacher, so most of my time is devoted to my classroom during the school year, but I spend weekends watching my children play sports and perform in other capacities, and summers finding fun activities to do with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS church, but I continue to follow the gospel because it gives me peace in my life. I know I have avoided many of the heartaches of the world by living as I was raised. My children, too, are happier and healthier than most of the children I meet, because our family lives the principles taught in the Mormon faith. We aren't perfect, but having the knowledge that through the atonement of the Savior, we can be forgiven of the things we do wrong is a great comfort in this chaotic world.

How I live my faith

At church I get to work with the youngest children. Each week when we gather, gospel principles are taught so that the little ones can understand how much they are loved by the Lord, and it strengthens me as well.
