Hi I'm Denei

I'm a 4th generation Arizonian, a wife, a mother of five, a teacher, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently celebrated 29 years of marital bliss with my husband! I am so blessed to be a mother of five amazing children! Currently I'm a stay at home mom. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics and a Master's Degree in Education. I loved teaching, but resigned last year to spend more time with my family. My interests (besides family, friends, and church) include bargain shopping, doing anything creative, going to the movies (with my mother), and traveling.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. The gospel of Jesus Christ has brought such joy into my life. The knowledge of our Heavenly Father's Plan gives my life meaning and direction. I love my Heavenly Father and know that he hears and answers my prayers. I am so grateful for his son Jesus Christ, for his example, and his atoning sacrifice. What a blessing it is to have the Holy Ghost to help guide me. I feel a great love and support from those I attend church with. The church is organized so that we can serve and uplift each other as we walk in faith, and strive to do our best.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by continually striving to do my best, I am prayerful as I go about each and every day. I live my faith by serving. I have had a wide variety of callings (non paying jobs) in church and have learned and gained so much by serving in each of those callings. One of my favorite and sometimes most challenging callings has been that of a teacher. I have taught gospel principles and doctrine to children, teenagers and adults. I love to share with others how the gospel blesses my life, because I know it how much it can bless their life too.
