Hi I'm Janelle

I grew up in Southern California. I am a mother, wife, daughter and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Southern California. I moved to Arizona in 1998. I am divorced and re-married. I am a mother to some pretty wonderful and amazing kids. Some I have given birth to and some I have not. Either way, I love them all the same and they have blessed my life. I tend to be a little silly at times. I absolutely LOVE little babies and the sweet innocent spirits they have. I love being around fun people, it's important to fill my life with laughter and light. I am also known to cry when my heart is touched, which is quite often. I work for a local high school as a lunch lady part time and am able to be at home when my youngest gets out of school. So basically I am blessed beyond measure and have the best family in the entire world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this wonderful Church. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is such a positive and powerful influence in my life. I am so thankful for the Savior's example. I know that He lives and loves me, just as He loves you! I feel His Spirit guide and direct me in my life every day. I know without a shadow of a doubt that my Heavenly Father hears and answers my prayers. I've seen the miracles that He has performed in my life. I love the peace that His Spirit brings into my home and most importantly, His unconditional love for me. He has seen me through many struggles in my life and for that I am thankful.

How I live my faith

I pray on a daily basis with my family, as well as my own personal prayers. I go to church every Sunday and read the scrpitures. I have a strong desire to be like the Savior and to follow his teachings. I think its important as Christians to be willing to help, love, and comfort one another in their times of need. Being kind and non-judgemental is also extremely important to me. A smile or a kind thought can make someones day, so I try and apply that into my daily routine. It makes me feel better about myself and leaves me with a sense of peace in my heart. The outside world can have a such negative impact on my Spirit at times, so I choose to fill it with happy and loving things, instead of anything negative or ugly. I try and avoid anything that will take from my Spirit. My life is just happier when I do the things that my Savior would want me to do.
