Hi I'm Lyndsie

I was born in Canada. I grew up in Texas. I'm a mother of two. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My favorite place to be is wherever my family is. I love ponytails and pajamas. I could spend all day in my kitchen baking but don't like to do dishes. I met my husband at BYU. He is a dentist, I'm a nurse. We have two children, and they are our lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family with deep pioneer roots dating back to the some of the first members of the Church. While I honor my heritage, I'm a Mormon because I choose to be. Everything about the gospel just makes sense. I could never deny the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. It's words are powerful and bring me closer to our Savior. I have high moral standards because I know that I'm a daughter of God. I'm a Mormon because the restored Gospel gives my life meaning and direction while also providing me strength when I'm weak.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others. I know that as I serve others, I'm serving my Heavenly Father. I have served in a myriad of ways in my communities and wards, and know that as I serve others I find my own life is blesses. I feel that my greatest service is given in my own home to my children. I want nothing more than for them to develop their own testimonies and desires serve others and to live their faith. Serving others keeps my own spirit alive.
