Hi I'm Kellie

I'm a stay-at-home mom. I have been a lacrosse coach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom. I grew up in Utah. I got my undergraduate degree in Economics at Brigham Young University. I am learning about healthy eating and make my husband and children experience all my discoveries. I grew up playing lacrosse and I love all outdoor activities. Currently my husband is finishing his MBA.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a Mormon and was baptized at the age of 8. I gained my testimony throughout my teenage years. I have felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that Joseph Smith restored the true gospel of Jesus Christ, that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, that temples are the House of God, that Jesus Christ atoned for my sins and loves me personally. This testimony came slowly through faith, feelings, words of hymns in my mind, and seeing the blessings of the gospel in my life. I continue to follow His gospel because of the peace and happiness it brings me, it is the truth, and it is what the Lord would have me do.

How I live my faith

I teach a Primary class of 4 and 5 year olds. I teach them gospel basics like how to pray, how they can be like Jesus Christ, and the blessing of choosing the right. I try to be a friendly neighbor. I am also a visiting teacher. I get to visit 3 other women from church, to chat, make sure all is well in their lives, and leave them with a gospel message. I also teach my young children gospel stories and how to be kind to those around them.
