Hi I'm Louise

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in eastern Arizona where I attended school, graduating in 1953. I worked for Sears for a year.

About Me

I am a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. I have been married for 57 years. I enjoy gardening, canning, cooking, and quilting. I play the piano and teach young children to play.

Why I am a Mormon

My ancestors joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints many years ago. I was blessed to have been brought up in the church. Following the teachings of Jesus Christ has brought me rich blessings and happiness. The teachings of the church has given direction and meaning in my life. It has given me lots of opportunities to serve others which has enriched my life and blessed others.

How I live my faith

I have taught members of the church and others how to make whole wheat bread and how to can fruits, meats and vegetables. Through the Church's humanitarian program I have helped make quilts, hygiene and school kits which are distributed wherever needed in the world. I have served as a teacher of young children, teen age young women and adult women at various times in years past. I play the piano and organ for accompaniment in church meetings.
