Hi I'm Jennifer

I am a mother, a wife, a chocolatier, a writer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home, work at home, mom. I'm usually found cleaning up, cooking up, filling up, holding up, folding up, tydying up, or typing up. I'm grateful for a husband who wants me to stay home and works hard so I can. Our kids are the most important thing to us and I'm glad that I can be home for them. We enjoy raising them in a gospel centered atmosphere where they have come to love our time together as a family. Family Home Evening, scripture study, and prayer time has become a habit for them and they love to remind us about it. Besides looking after our three kids I have a small business from my home making homemade chocolates. Making delectable treats that myself and others can enjoy is a creative outlet for me. I'm also an aspiring writer. I've been working on a young adult novel for three years and enjoy putting my thoughts into written words.

Why I am a Mormon

I feel extremely blessed to have been born in the covenant. My parents and grandparent, uncles and aunts, are all excellent examples of how to live this faith. Growing up in the gospel has been such a blessing in my life. I feel strength from those around me and draw on the lesson's I've learned through the years. It makes me a better christian and enables me to give to those in need.

How I live my faith

I work closely with the children in my neighborhood. On Sunday's I teach them fun songs that they love to sing. Sign language has been an interesting tool to use and the kids respond to it well. I enjoy seeing the kids in the store or at school. They wave to me and call me their teacher. It makes me feel special.
