Hi I'm Joyce

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Missouri, USA.

About Me

Have traveled in each state of United States. Enjoy genealogy work. Have lived in all four continental USA time zones.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the LDS Church by a friend. I sought and received my own testimony that Joseph Smith is a Prophet, that the Book of Mormon was translated by Joseph Smith, and that the LDS Church doctrine contains a restoration of the gospel as contained in the original church. My testimony was obtained after the missionary discussions and spending a day of fasting and prayer. I was baptised six weeks after starting the missionary discussions and am realizing what a blessing this is to me as obtaining a testimony can be a struggle for some. Becoming a member of the LDS Church means to me that this is my personal committment and I continue to remain an active member obsolved of the opinions and actions of others. I am determined to remain steadfast to the end in the gospel. There is much peace of mind as an LDS Church member. Peace of mind in living with and dealing with the challenges of this life.

How I live my faith

I have had many responsibilities in the LDS Church, having been baptised in 1967. These opportunities help to broaden ones abilities.
