Hi I'm Anne

I'm a cookie baker. I'm a runner. I'm a wife. I'm a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated college with a bachelor's degree in Math and Science education and went on to fulfill my lifelong dream of being a mother. I have been blessed with an amazing husband and 6 beautiful children. I love spending time with my family, doing family history, baking, running, sewing, cake decorating, photography, puzzles, and crafting.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it makes me happy. In my life I am happiest when I'm living the teachings of Jesus Christ, found in His restored church. I feel like anything worth doing is worth doing right. If I'm going to do something I'm going to give it my whole heart or not do it at all. I think this applies to religion as much as anything else. I continually strive to turn my life and heart over Christ and have found that he can do so much more with it than I can.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in my daily actions. I do my best to live the principles of the gospel and to teach them to my children through daily family prayer, daily family scripture study, and most importantly through example. I look for oportunities to serve others, and as often as I can to take my children along. Hopefully they will grow up with a deep desire to serve Heavenly Father by serving his children. I serve 3 hours each week in a family history center helping people to find their ancestors. I also teach a family history class during church on Sunday. This has given me the opportunity to help other people research and find their family members. I love seeing their smiles and excitement when they find what they have been looking for. I belive that we can be with our families forever. I love learning more about this family I am a part of... that was here before I was even born. Their experiences strengthen my faith and help me to perservere and be diligent when times are rough.
