Hi I'm Kimberly

I'm a stay at home Mom of 3 boys. I love the outdoors, reading and blogging. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home Mom of 3 young boys, ages 1, 3 and 5. I love the outdoors, blogging, gardening, running, and reading. I was raised on 5 acres in the foothills of Mt. Rainier as the fourth child in a family of 9. The woods were our playground, and I love exploring and getting my hands dirty.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to parents that have been members of the LDS church their entire lives. Although this is why I was introduced to the Mormon religion, it isn't why I'm a Mormon. I LOVE the Gospel. I love what it teaches, I love the values and standards, I love the programs for youth, teens, and adults alike. But mostly, I love the relationship that it allows me to have with my God and Savior. I love that I know where I'm going when I die, and probably most importantly, I love that I know I can see my Creator again. I know that through the atonement, I can repent and be forgiven for all of my sins, so that I can go back Home. I can learn and grow and be strengthened in such a way that I can be worthy to be in His presence again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day by being an example to my children. We say prayer before meals and bed, read scriptures together, and hold Family Home Evening. My calling in church allows me to work with the children in the ward, and I love knowing that they are learning from my example, and I get to learn from theirs!
