Hi I'm Brianna

I'm a Mormon. I am the mother of a three year old and one on the way. I work part-time as a nurse at the children's hospital.

About Me

I have been married for 4 years. We have a four year old daughter who has a cute mind of her own and a crawling baby boy who keeps us on our toes. I love to run, bike and be outside. Volleyball and softball are my favorite sports. My husband and I enjoy playing games together and I love making treats with my daughter. I have a nursing degree and work part time at the children's hospital. It fascinates me how God created our bodies to perform the way they do.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon home with 6 other children and a wonderful mom and dad. I learned the gospel in my home and by going to church each week. I chose to be baptized at age eight. As I grew and was exposed to more of the world I learned how much I rely on and cling to those teachings I was given as a child. The more I study and practice the gospel now the stronger I am and the happier I am. There is nothing better than the feeling of love from our Heavenly Father as I try to follow the teachings He has given us. I know He loves us so much that He sent His Son as a perfect example and a perfect sacrifice for us. I choose to practice my religion because it is the only way to true happiness and peace.

How I live my faith

It is a joy to live my faith. For the past year I have been able to teach a Sunday school class to youth ages 16-18. We have read and studied the New Testament. It has been an amazing experience to study the life of the Savior and His apostles. Sharing that with youth especially has given me extra strength and a new perspective on life. Attending church each week is a highlight! Remembering the Savior and taking time each week to take the sacrament at church is a spiritual boost. I enjoy making friends, learning about their lives and sharing what I know to be true with them. My hope is that I am a representative of Christ in everything I do.
