Hi I'm Shauna

I married my first love. I adore my husband and dog. I clean teeth and my house. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of three. We recently moved away from home and out of state for my husbands schooling. My husband and I are both involved with Dentistry. I am a Dental Hygienist and my Husband is in Dental School. I have been a Hygienist for four years now and am loving it! I like to cook and take care of our little doggy. Our dog is a Bichon Frise and he is keeping us busy until we have kids. I worked for Ancestry.com and got the genealogy bug. I want to get further back in my research. I love to travel and see the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am lucky to have been raised in the LDS church. I gained a testimony of this gospel at a young age. My testimony keeps growing and I realize more and more every day how lucky I am to have this in my life. It is hard to put into words my feelings/testimony of this truth. I know with all my heart that this gospel is true. I am a better person because of it. It guides me in all that I do. I know the answers to the most simple questions (who I am, where I came from, where I am going) that are also the most important questions. I have a purpose and I have faith that I am a daughter of god working towards a great plan on this earth. I can't tell you how much I love this gospel and my heavenly Father! I pray to my Heavenly Father constantly and am so grateful for that.

How I live my faith

I try to live my Faith constantly. This Faith that I have gives me purpose and gives me joy. My parents have been faithful examples of living the gospel growing up and made it easy for me to do so in their home. My faith started with a little seed that was planted and continues to grow. My Faith is something inside me that helps me in everything I do. Callings are given to us in our church to give us the opportunity to serve those around us. I have been given many throughout my life that I am grateful for and that have helped me grow. I appreciate the examples of Leaders and their service to our church. Recently I was called to be a teacher of the women in our ward. I also get to meet with the ladies in our ward for activities and to visit a few that I am assigned to every month. My Faith is something that guides me in my thoughts, actions, the way I dress, the spirit and atmosphere in my home!
