Hi I'm Jared

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband and father of two girls. I'm a CRNA and love hiking, canyoneering, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors. I went to school in Connecticut for nurse anesthesia school and before that served a mission in Alaska.

Why I am a Mormon

It makes sense. I have seen the benefits of living the gospel in my life and the lives of others. It promotes service and making the world a better place. It improves ones outlook on life. It answers lives questions. Most importantly, I have been blessed to gain knowledge of the truthfulness of the gospel by the spirit.

How I live my faith

Living the gospel is about becoming more like our Savior. He is the perfect example of how to live. Serving, teaching, forgiving, uplifting, and loving are all ways that I try to direct my life. I serve as an Assistant Scout Master for a Boy Scout troop. We meet weekly and once month go out and camp throughout the state. I teach the youth a few times a month regarding the teachings of the Savior. Working with the youth has been a blessing for many years.
