Hi I'm Jordan

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My family means the world to me. I'm a sister, daughter, aunt and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate and I am currently working as a Bank Operations Supervisor. My job keeps me busy but I couldn't ask for a better job. Any spare time I have is spent with my nieces and nephews, as they are my life. I have a mother and a father who I love dearly. I am also lucky enough to have two wonderful older sisters, two amazing younger brothers, two brother-in-laws, one sister-in-law, four nephews and three nieces. My family members mean more to me then anything in the world and I truly consider each of them friends as much as family members. I also love traveling, whether inside or outside of the United States. I have been lucky enough to travel to several exciting places, such as, New Zealand, Mexico, New York City and Chicago, just to name a few of my favorite places. I absolutely love people watching and the time I am able to spend with my small group of friends. I am grateful for friends with the same standards and appreciation for the gospel that I have.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have been lucky to always have a strong testimony of the gospel. I was raised by parents who showed by example their love for the gospel and the importance of doing right at all times. The month after graduating from high school I left home to attend Brigham Young University-Idaho. This is where I strengthened my testimony and knew that I was a member of the church because I truly wanted to be there. I was 18 years old and didn't have my parents there watching over me to make sure I was doing the right things. Because of the way I was raised I knew that I wanted to live my life in a way that I could be closer to my Heavenly Father. R. Quinn Gardner said, "Live so that others will want to know Christ because they know you." I strive to live by this motto in my daily life. I know that I am a daughter of God and I have a Heavenly Father who loves each of us individually. I have been strengthened through my trials and know that I will never be given a trial that I can not handle. Through our Heavenly Father's love I know that I always have someone to turn to when I feel like I can't handle any more. I know that this church is true and the gospel gives me the joy and happiness that each of us needs and deserves.

How I live my faith

I recently started attending a family ward, which has given me the opportunity to be with people of all ages. I was recently called to teach the young women between the ages of 14 and 15. I just recently started serving with these girls and I'm grateful for the things they have taught me in such a short period of time.
