Hi I'm Karen

I'm a Mormon.I am married, have 2 sons; one RM and one on a mission now in Belize. I am a hair stylest/permanant make-up artest

About Me

I met my current husband on line @ ldssingles.com. He is an amazing man and we are a good match! I was divorced for many years and rasised my boys while working 2 jobs. A hard way to raise kids, however an easy way to know that miracles happen and blessing flow and temple promises will be kept. My oldest son served in the Denver South Mission and is now married and going to school in Idaho. My youngest son in now serving in the El Salvador/Belize mission. We have been given vary hard things to learn to live with but have not been left with out comfort and inner peace. The attonement truley can heal hurt hearts and broken families. I am thankful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and so glad I was not sent here to do this alone!Ii know my Savior lives and loves me, I have felt His peace and comfort and hope. It is a joy to know that my children have learned to know and love our Savior and have also felt the blessings of the Gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Mormon church and I am greatful for this. Following the Gospel teachings have kept me safe from many things in the world. It has given me a way to live that allows me to serve others and feel hope and happiness. In a world of confusion i have order and peace and a plan. I found it the best way to raise my own children. We have felt the blesing of the Gospe time and time again.

How I live my faith

I love being a member of the womens group in the church. We learn and grow together and i know that i have support and help if ever needed. We are truley a powerful group of women and when given a task or assignment, we are ON IT! i also love the youth program, the values and the friendships are needed for our kids and makes life easier. The "rules" have never been a problem to me, i feel they are a safty measure and a great way to raise kids with common sense and support. Each age group has its own unique group of teaching and activities. We are not just a Sunday church, we ar mormon every day of the week!
