Hi I'm Beth

I am a stay at home mom of 6 wonderful children. I love being a wife and a mother. Jesus Christ is my Savior and I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am the mother of 6 children with my first grandchild on the way next month !! I have been married for over 24 years and feel very blessed to have such a wonderful husband who loves me. My youngest child started kindergarten last year, my oldest son got married and I started back to school after being a stay at home mom for the last 24 years. My 2nd oldest son is in his first year of college this semester and soon will serve a two year mission for the church. I love my life of being a mom and wife and feel blessed to have the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life which gives me encouragement, hope, faith and strength in having a strong family in these days of much turmoil. I love heping and serving others, especially behind the scenes, without others knowing. I feel like I have been blessed in my life and should share that with others.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church at age 13, found by the missionaries knocking on our door. I have always felt that the church was true, could feel the spirit and know that it just sounded like the right thing to do. I can say that I didn't truly have a strong testimony of the church until years later, after going through much trial and tribulation of trying to live the church, but not really sure why. After studying, reading, praying, fasting, and obedience to the principles of the gospel, I have come to have a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. There are so many wonderful principles and guidelines that this church teaches. There are so many truths that come from the Book of Mormon. It is hard to see how others don't see all the good things, the blessings we recieve from being obedient to the principles and ordinances of the gospel, the whole gospel. Our Heavenly Father has a plan for us. He sent us hear to earth, to learn, to grow, to be faithful, to have experiences in our lives to help us to become better people. If we are true to our covenants that we make to Him in this life, then we may return to live with Him in the next life...with our families. My family is the most important thing here on earth to me. It would not be Heaven if I didn't have them. I am thankful for a loving Heavenly Father and a selfless brother, Jesus Christ, who follow through with the plan to help me to return to Heaven with my family and my Heavenly Father. I am a Mormon because I can feel the spirit testify to me that this is the true church. I know that Jesus Christ died for me so I can experience this life here on earth and prove to Heavenly Father that I will be valiant in my efforts here to help and serve others.

How I live my faith

I am a huge fan of visiting teaching. I feel it is one of Heavenly Father's tender mercies we recieve here on earth through others. I currently serve as a Primary Leader of our ward. I serve with wonderful sisters in the gospel who strenghten me through their example. Working with the Primary children is such a blessing to hear and see their testimonies strengthen and grow each year as they learn more about the Savior.
