Hi I'm Lee

I'm a Mormon.I grew up in Arizona. I taught school and coached for 37 years at the Jr. high and high school level. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I basically have a Swedish and English heritage. I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all of my life. I coached football and wrestling for all 37 years that I taught. I also coached baseball, track and swimming, but for shorter times. I like fishing, woodwork, and photography. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 46 years. We have 8 children and 34 grandchildren. So far we have 4 great grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

The Mormon faith is very family oriented. It provides the the needs of my family and all stages of life. It also gives peace and comfort in answering three very important questions: l.Where did I come from? 2. Why am I here? 3. Where am I going? In other words, it covers all that I need to return to Heavenly Father, with my family. The longer I live, the more convinced I become that my decision to be a member of this church is the correct decision. And, as I observe my family and their individual families, that decision is confirmed.

How I live my faith

One of the things I love about the Church is that there are countless ways to be involved. We believe in serving. I have been a bishop. I have worked with the scouts and explorers. I have had the opportunity to serve in several different capacities. I have served with my sons as home teachers to several families. What a great experience to be side by side with those sons and showing them how to serve others. We are also constantly encouraged to be good citizens of our community and country.
