Hi I'm Megan

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a single LDS woman who is a High School Assistant Principal by profession. I love my job and love spending every day working with youth and helping them learn how to become the best person possible. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews. I love serving others around me and getting engaged in worthy causes. I enjoy the outdoors and you can often find me running or doing something else athletic and outdoors. I feel close to my Heavenly Father when I'm in the outdoors and when I'm spending time with those I love!

Why I am a Mormon

The happiness I find in my life is through my family and through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I developed a strong testimony of the Book of Mormon and the church and its truthfulness at a really young age. I have never looked back even though my faith has been tested and tried. I know the church is true with all of my heart and it brings so much peace and happiness into my daily life that I truly do not know where I would be without it. Life is better when I am obedient to the teachings of the gospel and when I am striving each day to become more and more like my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that others can find this same happiness and joy and peace that I have found as they learn more about the gospel and follow the teachings. Life is not always easy but the gospel has provided an eternal perspective for me that has truly changed my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending all three of my Sunday meetings. I serve in my local congregation and work hard to take care of the needs of the girls I have been assigned to watch over and care for. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve others around me. I live my faith by reading The Book of Mormon and learning and growing from that wonderful book each and every day.
