Hi I'm Nicole

I was raised on a farm in the Pacific Northwest. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a wonderful man and together we have three young boys. I am blessed to be able to stay at home and raise them. I love being a mother and find so much joy in this calling. Motherhood is more than I ever dreamed that it could be. Ever since I was a young girl, I knew that I would be a mother. I also knew that I would go to college. So after graduating from high school, I moved to Idaho to attend school. Soon after starting my first semester my freshman year, I met the man that I would marry. After marrying the next summer, we continued our schooling. We didn't want to wait until we were done with college to have children. We knew that it would be difficult to juggle school and a baby, but we made it work. Looking back, I am so grateful for those hard times. I do know that we were blessed for making the right decision for our family. Now, I do my best to keep up with our active boys and maintain a sense of order in our home. My family is my greatest joy and I am grateful to be a member of this family-oriented church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to wonderful parents who taught me the Gospel. I am linked to them, my grandparents, and many preceding generations, who have all belonged to this church. I continue to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ because I have felt the love that the Savior has for me, and I know that this is His church. I know that I can receive answers from Him through personal prayer and study of the scriptures. I know that Jesus Christ speaks through a living prophet. I have felt the truth of the Book of Mormon as I have studied its pages. I know without any form of doubt that I am where I am supposed to be.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is intertwined with everything I do. I attend church services on Sundays and teach a class to children. But living my faith doesn't stop at the end of Sunday. As a member of Christ's church, I truly believe that it is one of my responsibilities to reach out and help those around me. Even if what I do is a small, and simple thing, I know that being kind goes a long way. I am not perfect. I do my best to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ everyday, but I make mistakes, just like everyone. I am grateful for the knowledge of my Savior, who atoned for my sins so that I can repent and be forgiven. It's a wonderful thing to know that my Savior loves and cares for me, so I want to turn around and share that love and care with others.
