Hi I'm Rachel

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of five children and in my first year as a student at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. I am studying law in hopes of in the future working as a police officer. I love to bake, especailly when I can share it with other people! I also love to be outside and spend time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised a member of the church, however, I feel that I have still had my own conversion. After a few tough years in life, doubting what my beliefs were, things began to change. Without it in my life, I honestly do not know where I would be. I know that God has had his hand in my life because that is the only way possible that I would have made it this far. I know that the Gospel is the most important thing in life, because it is the only thing that does us good in our lives yet to come. I have a great testimony of this church and everything which I have been taught and learned in my life. I know with such great faith of the truthfulness of these things as they are and always have been and always will be, that I never again will feel completley lost or alone or doutful about the gospel as a part of my life! There are so many times when the truth has been professed to me, and it never ceases to amaze me the way that the Savior and our Father in Heaven truly do watch over us an help us. Like I said, I do not know where I would be without this Gospel in my life and each and every day I am so blessed because of the knowledge which I have been so blessed to possess. Though trials in life may be often and seem to last, when we turn to our Father in Heaven and His son Jesus Christ, we need not worry whether or not we will make it through, but what we can learn, through their love through this experience. I would not have it any other way. I am a Mormon and I love it!

How I live my faith

Currently in my school singles ward, my calling is a Family Home Evening group leader. Along with a partner, I plan and carry out activities for my "family" and offer to help them in whatever ways the may need or see fit. I love to serve alongside others and help those who I am working to serve as well. I attend institute and strive to read the scriptures each day. The temple is a goal that I always have in mind. I love to be an example to those around me, whether through words, or quiet action. I strive to be like Christ each and every day by fulfilling and magnifying my calling not only in my ward or as a member of the Church, but as a child of God.
