Hi I'm Brian

I'm a student, a distance runner, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a long distance runner. Running helps me to relax and think every day. It upsets me if I can't fall asleep at night so I make sure to run and use up all my energy during the day. It makes me laugh when people ask why I have so much energy to train and still stay as energized as I am. Of all the explanations I can give to that question, one stands out as the foundation for all the rest; I am a son of God. The knowledge that I am His son sustains and inspires me. I know I can succeed and I know that I am loved.

Why I am a Mormon

I am truly happy to be living the gospel. Many things in life change, but I know that my Father in Heaven will never change. His church and faith in His son have given me a figurative basecamp for life; to always look back on and to progress from. The teachings and experiences I have as a member of His church will always lead me to greater happiness. I know it, and pray that I never forget it.

How I live my faith

I make sure my relationship with my Father in Heaven is strong, and then I make sure to act and do what He would have me do. I am a home evening coordinator for a few apartments in my ward, which allows me to plan activities and help other singles get to know one another.
