Hi I'm Jordan

I've live in several different states, and been raised and supported by two parents who love me and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up with my dad in the Air Force so I haven't lived in a state longer than 3 years. Right now I'm a junior in high school, I'm a part of the school's honor choir, and I've survived two years of seminary. I like to in my free time play video games, some of my favorite series are the Final Fantasy's, Kingdom Hearts, and the Sly Cooper's. My favorite movies are Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Tangled, Disney and Pixars, and How to Train your Dragon. I'm also a big fan of Legos and Bionicles. I love animals in general (except for the ones that want to tear me limb from limb).

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church but through living every where I've never felt that the church could be wrong. I know that I'm nowhere near perfect but I know that the Lord will help me and judge me by the desires of my heart. To count the number of blessings the Lord has given me is like trying to explain the warmth of the sun, or the taste of salt, or even the love of my parents. I know that truly the gospel lives and that the Lord hasn't sealed the windows of Heaven, that he wants to bless us that we may know him more closely, so that we may more easily follow him back to our Heavenly Father to live eternaly in their presence.

How I live my faith

Every morning during the school year I get up at 5:20 to attend an early-morning religion class to learn for myself the truthfulness of the gospel so I can confidently share it with others. I always strive to fix my mistakes and to be an 'example of the believers in word in conversion in charity in spirit in faith in purity' (1 Timothy 4:12). Every night before I go to bed I make sure to read my scriptures and pray, and I know Heavenly Father hears and answers my prayers.
