Hi I'm Zach

I grew up in Arizona. I love playing basketball and listening to country music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up in Arizona, iv always enjoyed being outside. I love playing sports, riding dirt bikes and doing outdoor activities. I also love to be creative. I can’t stand not doing anything; I always have to be doing something. Whether it is drawing a picture, building something, working on a car or bike. When it comes to food Chick- fil-a and Taco Bell are something I can eat everyday. But I’d have to say my favorite is Mexican food. One day I hope to have a profession that I love. Not sure what yet. But one that I enjoy and that is rewarding for me and my family.

Why I am a Mormon

Well I grew up being Mormon, but am I a Mormon because of that or because my parents are? Or because they told me I should be? Absolutely not! Looking back just a few years ago, I had questions and wondered about if what I was being taught was even true. Or if it even matter that I went to church. I am a Mormon today because the power of prayer is real. God does answer prayers. He has helped me know through his spirit and the comfort that he has brought me. And through the blessings and the pure joy that he has brought into my life. It is something I can not deny. I know this is Christ's church on the earth today. Knowing that, I don’t have to wonder anymore. I don’t have to wonder why I am here, or what my purpose is. Or what happens to me after I die? I know what’s going to happen. I know what I need to do to have true and complete joy in this life. It is the happiest and most calm feeling in the world to know for a surety. I know God loves me and I know that having faith in his son Jesus Christ brings joy and helps us through struggles and trials in our life. I know because it’s helped me. And that is why I’m Mormon, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is pretty simple. It’s how I live my life. I have fun doing the things that make me happy. I love and do everything I can for my friends and family. I strive to help those who are in need. I treat people how I would want to be treated. I read from the scriptures as often as I can. I attend church every Sunday and always have a prayer in my heart. I try to become a better person everyday. What it all comes down to is I strive to be like my Savior Jesus Christ.
