Hi I'm Jack

I was born and raised in Utah and moved to Arizona in 1969. I love Arizona. I enjoy the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the proud father of six children and seventeen grandchildren. I enjoy the outdoors, exploring, hiking, hunting, fishing. I graduated from college in engineering and have worked in some kind of sales most of my life. Learning is an imortant part of my life. My favorite thing is to be with family and to hug my grandchildren! I like to grow things and beautify some small part of the earth.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love the Lord, Jesus Christ, and this is the one way I have found to demonstrate to Him, this love. The beliefs and practices of the Mormon Church have been such a wonderful support to me as a parent while my children were growing. Now, to watch my grandchildren develop their own belief in Jesus Christ, and to observe how their testimonies of the Savior guide their lives, is possibly the richest reward of any in my life. The Mormon Church is more than another religion, to me it is a way of life full of rich rewards.

How I live my faith

I believe in prayer. I ask the Lord to help me be an instrument for good in his hands each day. I love to work with the youth in the Church. They help me stay young; they are so inspiring with their enthusiasm and their love for life. There are so many opportunities for service in the world; the Church is a wonderful structure for me to give a helping hand to my brothers and sisters. No matter where I go or what I am involved with, there always is a chance to reach out and give a loving hand.
