Hi I'm Brent

I'm a Mormon who lives in the Denver area.

About Me

Im married and a dad of 5 children. All of my children have grown and are at college or have graduated and have their own children. I work for a school district and am responsible for feeding 60,000 students every day. My wife and I love to garden and spend time visiting our grand children. We love to play words with friends. We also love to serve others and help people however we can.

Why I am a Mormon

The most important aspect in my life is my love for the Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that he is Gods son and that he came to this earth to establish his church and to teach His gospel. I know that he died on the cross so that all mankind may once again be able to live with our Heavenly Father. I know that God loves us today and speaks to prophets to guide us today.

How I live my faith

I teach young children at church each Sunday. They are so much fun and teach me what it means to have simple faith and trust those people I meet each day. My favorite thing to do is to go to Scout camp and Girls camp and to be the camp cook. Its a great challenge but very rewarding to work with this age group. My wife and I enjoy making ice cream in the summer on Sunday nights. We invite whomever wants to come and enjoy our backyard. We get to meet so many great people that way.
